The Wyoming Outdoor Recreation Grant program awarded a total of $4 million to fund six projects on the Wind River Indian Reservation. Made available through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), the program was established to award funding for outdoor recreation projects in communities that were disproportionately affected by the pandemic.

Finance Manager – Federal Programs
The Finance Manager – Federal Programs works collaboratively with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director. The position will focus on the effective financial management of the organization’s significant federal grants. This position will monitor grant budgets, reimbursement requests, payments, compliance reports, procurement, and reporting.

Grants, Compliance, and Data Manager
WRDF is one of six awardees in the country under the Economic Development Administration’s (EDA) Recompete Pilot Program with a $36.1 million award for economic development on the Wind River Indian Reservation in Wyoming. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven professional to join our team as a Grants, Compliance and Data Manager. The Manager reports to the Chief Implementation Officer (CIO) with a doted line to the Chief Financial Officer. The Grants Manager will have broad knowledge of and experience in grants management and compliance aspects for non-profit organizations. Experience with compliance and contracting with government agencies is a plus!
